Terms of Use

The rules for using Room Planner AI, including how subscriptions and AI-generated designs work.

Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Room Planner AI – Home Design (“we”, “us”) for the Room Planner AI app (the “App”) and ai-remodel.space. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App.

The service

Room Planner AI lets you upload a photo of a room and receive AI-generated redesign concepts: a full interior restyle, replacement of individual items, new walls or new flooring. Designs are visual inspiration only.

We may add, change or remove features over time. An internet connection is required to generate designs.

Subscriptions & payments

The App is free to download and includes 3 free Interior Redesign generations. Unlimited generations and all features require a Room Planner AI Pro subscription.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If an offer includes a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country. If a price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as required.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Use Restore on the subscription screen to restore an active subscription on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and text you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Content only to generate and deliver your designs and to operate the App.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights or include other people without their permission.

AI-generated designs

Subject to these Terms, you may use the designs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, such as planning a renovation or sharing ideas with a contractor.

AI output can be inaccurate. Generated designs may change proportions, invent objects or show things that are not structurally possible, safe or code-compliant. They are not professional architectural, engineering or construction advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your home.

Similar prompts may produce similar results for other users, so designs are not guaranteed to be unique.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, hateful or harassing content, or images of people without their consent;
  • use the App to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the App or its servers;
  • resell or provide the service to others through automated means.

We may limit or end access to the App if you break these rules.

Our rights

The App, its design, code, brand and content other than Your Content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on generated designs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Apple terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these Terms are silent.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU or UK, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
